How do I get my sticker?
In the app tap ＋ Add and give your car a name. Your QR sticker is ready right away: open the car, pick a style (green, white or QR only) and tap “Save / share” to save it to Photos, print it or send it to a print shop (SVG).
Who can reach me and what do they see?
Anyone who scans your sticker with their phone camera, with no app and no account. They only see the messages you kept enabled (Messages) and learn nothing about you: no name, email or phone. You don't learn who scanned either.
I don't get notifications.
Check Settings → Notifications in the app (notifications on this phone, message kinds, quiet hours) and your phone's permission (iPhone Settings → Notifications → pssst). “Send a test notification” tells you right away whether they work.
I lost my sticker or someone took it.
Open the car in the app and tap “Revoke code”: the old sticker stops working. Then “Generate a new code” and print a new sticker. For a temporary break (e.g. the car is at the garage), use “Pause”.
I'm getting abusive messages.
Close the conversation in the chat (✕) and pause or revoke the code. Email support@pssst.ro with the time of the message: we can limit the source (without learning who it is).
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot your password?” and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account (confirm with your password). All your data is deleted permanently, right away, and your stickers stop working.
